As the name implies, Kintamani coffee is picked from coffee plants that thrive in the highlands of Kintamani – Bali (approximately 900-1250 meters above thesea level). There are two types of coffee Kintamani developed in the Catur Village, which is kind of arabica and robusta coffee. The taste which are slightly sour and fresh becoming its own characteristics. It is because the Kintamani coffee is grown by means of intercropping with citrus plants that also thrive in the area. Currently Kintamani coffee has officially received a certificate of Intellectual Property Rights and has been exported to various countries such as Japan, Europe, America, and Australia.
